If you think that 25K was an accident - wait and see - they knew this was coming (Dawg and company). That 25K will go towards JJ's residency(maybe rent Dawg's empty house - the money goes right in Dawg's pocket), change his drivers license address to Trenton and guess what - a resident of Trenton - still looking at the taillights disappear into the night. Read your residency requirements again - nothing said he can't go visit relatives in Stirling every night. And the taxpayers of Trenton foot the bill again. JJ isn't going anywhere - he's got an axe to grind now.

There is a law that describes the requirements that must be met to prove residence. Of the the many requirements is that you have to live with your immediate family, spouse, kids, (unless you are divorced, of course). Trenton never enforced the rules with Santiago even when he was pretending to live here.

The City has fired other people for residency for even less!!! It is about time the council is seeing the light.
