| Why can't Trenton close all the libraries but the main branch,and have the Mercer County library system run it? They have branches in other towns and would have to run this one too,it would be a public relations nightmare if they refused to run one in Trenton! Would also save a few bucks and keep more cops or firefighters on the streets! |

I find this very troubling because the libraries where the only safe haven from the streets for young children.

I remember that all too well. It was one of the major complaints by people running the place, they would find people on the floor all shot up on heroin in the bathrooms. I had a OD which resulted in death once. Save haven only if they keep the bathrooms locked.
